Privacy Statement

IEDE News respects the privacy of all visitors to our website. We do not collect personal data from users unless it is voluntarily provided to us, for example when filling in a contact form.

E-mail alerts

If you sign up for our e-mail alerts, we store your e-mail address and the language you signed up in. We only use them to e-mail you when a new article is published.

We keep your data until you unsubscribe; the link under every e-mail unsubscribes you and deletes your address immediately. If you do not confirm your subscription, we delete your address after 7 days.

If an e-mail bounces or you mark it as spam, we delete your address and keep only an irreversible code of it, so we never e-mail you again.

We use Resend (Resend, Inc., United States) as processor to send the e-mails. Resend processes your e-mail address for every e-mail and keeps sending logs.

Cookies

This website uses cookies to improve the user experience and to analyse website traffic. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit our website.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics collects anonymous data about your visit, such as which pages you view and how long you stay on the site. This information helps us improve the website and offer more relevant content.

The collected data is anonymous and is not linked to your personal identity. Google may provide this data to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as third parties process the data on behalf of Google.

Google AdSense

Advertisements are displayed on this website via Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to display advertisements based on a user's previous visits to our website or other websites on the internet.

Users can disable the use of the DART cookie via the Google advertising network privacy policy.
